There are six levels that lead to the Executive Consultant position: Assistant Consultant (3 levels), Consultant, Senior Consultant and Managing Consultant. The career path, from any level to the top, is solely based on performance. We are advocates and practitioners of meritocracy, with no exceptions. The Associate Partner and Partner positions require the acquisition of a stake in the company’s capital.

 
 

 

For value’s consultants are at all times aware of the skills that they should have in order to develop and move on to the next step. Since the contributions, challenges and individual career experiences are unique, development naturally takes place at different paces. Therefore, although there is an average and desirable time for each position, each consultant can define and shape how fast they build their own career.
